Nancy TYNER

1.   It is reported that Nancy was niece of Agnes, Robert's 1st wife.

2.  She was Cherokee Indian.


Richard TYNER "Sr"

1.  Left a will dated 13 Sep 1824, recorded 10 Nov 1824.


Rev. John JONES "Sr"

2.  The family was sworn in for the voyage on July 15, 1635 and left England late July 1635 on the ship Defence deemed a part of the Puritan Great Migration and arrived in Massachusetts Bay on 8 Oct 1635.   She carried approximatgely 100 passengers.

3.  Rev. Jones & Rev. Peter Bulkely established a new church in Cambridge, Massachusetts, which, was only the 13th church in the Colonies.  Rev. Jones was chosen as Pastor of the new church, and Rev. Bulkeley ws chosen as a teacher.   As an aside, the two Reverands would later become inlaws, as a son of Rev. Bulkeley would marray a daughter of Rev. Jones.
