1.  He died when a load of logs hit him while he was unloading them and was under the truck bed when they came back and hit him.


Joseph Price "JP" WALKER

1.  JP was a Druggist who operated drug stores in Midland, Maxwell,Vanoss, and Gaar Corner, Oklahoma.

2.  Joseph & Nancy had 14-children...

3.  He retired in 1944 and moved into Ada at 303 North Johnston.  

4.  He was a member of the Odd Fellows Lodge...

5. Obituaries (3 Apr 1955) Ada Evening News... & Death Certificates...Died at a local hospital...probably Valley View....He was born in Lamar County, Texas and reared in Blackfork, Arkansas until he was 20-years old...moved to Indian Territory at Brooken, Haskell, Oklahoma and lived around that community until around 1900, when he moved to Midland, Pontotoc, Oklahoma.
