1.  Abraham Sr. sold his land in Duplin County and went south to New Hanover, North Carolina.


Solomon H. BEASLEY

1.  Solomon H. became Justice of he Peace on 22 Jul 1825 in Butler County, Alabama.


John BEASLEY

1.  There are report of various wives names:  Sarah Ann Cagwell, another said Joann Jenkins, and still another says Winifred [wife or daughter]who was listed in his estate records.


Sarah Joann CAGWELL

1.  The maiden name may be Cagwell or the whole name might be Sarah Joann Jenkins.


William Reed BEASLEY

1.  William Reed Beasley died in the Civil War at Spottsylvania, Virginia.


William BEASLEY "II"

1.  Alternate place of birth:  Lancastershire, England & would probably make him the immigrant.


Mary Elizabeth PHILLIPS

1.  While the Beasleys and Rileys were in the Sacramento Mountains, Mary Elizabeth (Phillips) Briley married a man named Stevens, a widower with three grown sons living in New Mexico.  Mary moved with her husband to Uvalde, Texas, to raise Angora goats.  While they were in Uvalde, Mary became ill and her son, Parren, went to Texas and took her home with him to Ariton, Alabama, where she died in 1917.
