Nellie Elizabeth FINCHER

1.  Obituary:     Nellie E. M. Stickel
    Nellie E. McMinn Stickel, 86, Grace Village, Winona Lake, died at 2:15 p.m. Thursady at Dukes Memorial Hospital.
    She was born May 4, 1901, in Miami County, to Joseph Edward and Lilly Maude Wilkinson Fincher.  On Aug. 13, 1919, she married James H. McMinn.  He died ct. 17, 1971.  On Dec. 3, 1981, she married Merrill Stickel.  He died July 28, 1986.
     Surviving are one daughter, Betty Kirk of Peru;  two sons, Robert McMinn of Logansport, and Raymond McMinn of Fairbury, Ill.; one brother, Edgar Fincher of Macy; four sisters, Clara Bearss and Mabel Staller, both of Mexico, Harriet Raab of Osceola, and Mildred Murphy of Sebring, Fla.; 17 grandchildren;  and 26 greatgrandchildren.  Two daughters, one son, and three brothers and one sister are deceased.
    A homemaker, Mrs. Stickel was a member of the United Methodist Church of Mexico and a former member of the Hoosier Homemakers EHC.
    Services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Flowers-Leedy Funeral Home, the Rev. Phil Emerson and the Rev. Phil Lutz officiating.  Burial will be in Ever-Rest Memorial Park, Cass County.
    Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.  memorial contributions may be mae to Dukes Hospital Living Memorials.
